Lori Bernardo, President


Lori Bernardo has been a resident of Nazareth since 1999. Lori’s passion for our Downtown began when they moved into the area and began enjoying the lifestyle of a ‘walkable’ downtown. Having raised her family here, she joined the NEDC in 2015 to ensure that the downtown would remain vibrant for many years to come. Professionally, Lori is an award-winning sales and marketing executive.

Tony Bernardo, Vice President


Tony Bernardo has been a resident of Downtown Nazareth since 1999. Having sought out a safe and welcoming community to raise his family, he and his wife Lori found Nazareth to be the perfect fit. Tony is a ‘roll your sleeves up and get it done’ kind of guy and will always be there to help when it is needed. His passion for our community is deep and he takes great pride in caring for our neighborhood.

Tony is a retired sales professional and has held several retail leadership positions, making him a perfect fit to help guide the economic development in town.



Jill Koch, Secretary at Nazareth Economic Development Commission.

Jill Koch, Secretary


Jill is a lifelong resident of the Nazareth borough. She and her husband Alan (a retired Nazareth Police officer) raised their family here and continue to be active members in the community. She is a local Realtor with Berkshire Hathaway, assisting buyers and sellers with their real estate needs for over 17 years. Jill prides herself in looking out for the best interest of her clients, while making it as stress free as possible.

Alison Youpa, Treasurer


Alison Youpa grew up in the Lehigh Valley and became a resident of Nazareth when she married her husband, Bryan. Bryan grew up here and they decided that Nazareth was the best place to raise their family. Alison holds a BBA in Business Administration and a degree in accounting. She has worked in management and currently serves as our treasurer and CEO of the Youpa Family Enterprises.

Olivia “Livie” Carducci has been a Nazareth resident since 1997. She has enjoyed being a townie and the ability to walk to various destinations. In 2022 she joined the board of the NEDC to help ensure that the Nazareth downtown area remains vibrant and welcoming. She has been an active volunteer in the community for many years. You may have met her through her involvement in her church (Holy Family) and Boy Scouts of America, just to name a few. Her life is full as the mother of four grown children, the grandmother of 1 (so far), and a math professor at East Stroudsburg University.



Korryne Corriere O'Connell at Nazareth Economic Development Commission.

Korryne Corriere O'Connell


Born and raised in Wilson Borough, Korryne moved to Nazareth in 2018 with her Husband, Adam, and
Son, Jack. A Graduate of Temple University, Korryne earned a BA in Psychology before exploring a
variety of career paths including Recidivism and Reentry, Loss Prevention and Asset Protection, Floral
Design, and Restaurant and Hospitality Management. After a few years at a local brewery, in January of
2021, Korryne joined a prominent Law Firm here in Nazareth where she now works as Office Manager
and Legal Assistant. In her free time, Korryne enjoys watching her son play Lacrosse, trying new
restaurants with her husband and strength training.



Dana Vlasics at Nazareth Economic Development Commission.

Dana Vlasics


Born and raised in nearby Moore Township, Dana Vlasics has fond memories of spending her childhood in Nazareth. She recalls shopping downtown, attending dance lessons, dining at restaurants on Main Street, and exploring the town while her mother worked at a local business. Dana developed a deep affection for Nazareth, leading her to purchase a home in the Borough in 2005. Currently married and raising two sons in the district, she is enthusiastic about contributing to the development of downtown through her involvement with the NEDC. Dana also founded the Sam Vlasics Foundation to raise awareness for Childhood Heart Defects. Additionally, Dana is in the process of joining a local business, so be sure to stay tuned for more updates.
