Welcome to Nazareth Economic Development Commission
You will find old-fashioned qualities in a contemporary atmosphere. Set among structures from the 18th century to the present, downtown Nazareth has a friendly hometown feeling. Rich in history and heritage, the area is home to historic sites, museums, parks and recreational facilities, cultural performances, and much more.
Situated at the foot of the Blue Mountains in the Lehigh Valley, Nazareth is an inviting community welcoming all. It is a blend of communities including the townships of Bushkill, Lower Nazareth, Upper Nazareth and the boroughs of Nazareth, Stockertown and Tatamy.
Nazareth is the home of Martin Guitar Company and the hometown of the world famous Andretti racing family. There is plenty to offer: professional offices, retail shops, agriculture, and industries producing textiles, chemicals, and cement demonstrate an active economic climate.
Residents and visitors can enjoy recreation in the community park, hunting, fishing and more. Nazareth welcomes you to discover her rich heritage, stroll her tree-lined walkable streets, and experience Nazareth of the 21st century.
